Cannot receive personal payments

Hi, my account is registered in the UAE and i have family in the UK trying to send funds, they keep getting a pop up saying my account doesn't accept personal payments?? I can't see anything on my dashboard to be able to change this setting. Please help.

The friends/family option is not available in every country, so if they can't see that option when they go to send the funds then maybe yours is one where it is not available.

 

So they may have to send it as goods/services BUT you may get the new seller hold and pay a fee unfortunately.

Have they looked a xoom to see?
