Ive had an issue with this for a while. I wwould like to reactivate this account and withdraw the money in it. My younger brother started this account, he is aged 15, with my permission, i am 20. However, he used his details. Now , since i require to send my passport and drivers liscense, the name of the account and the passport does not match. So, can i please have some help.
Firstly its against paypal rules to open a paypal account under 18 and you can't give your permission to a minor to open an account for you.
Secondly if he used his details and paypal have discovered its an underage account then he would have to wait until he was 18 before being able to withdraw the funds.
