Cannot leave a feedback on the Resolution Center Page

Hello,
I am trying to leave Paypal feedback on a closed dispute but the but when I click on the Give us your feedback link it does not work. Has anyone had this issue before?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
