I have a dispute on a Chinese company that did a bait and switch and then PayPal just closed it because they said it was delivered I ordered one thing and got a piece of crap frabic in an envelope with no contact info, no bill of sale, or receipt had no clue who even sent it. Turned out to be the company that never sent my product now why is the dispute closed they help the thieves steel from us and there is no way to call them and have not been able to contact them Messages just sit there with no response, and if I try to re initiate a dispute it always errors.
I guess like all other Billion dollar companies why fix what they have try to develop more crap instead.
Anyone know how to call customer service. - Oh yes and what good is PayPal protection????
