Cannot find this payment PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED?

Hey all,

I have a website with godaddy.com and someone has purchased an item through my website. I have paypal accounts, but I believe the one that was linked to the website was the paypal account I'm unable to log into. It shows the customer has paid but I have no notifications on either account to show a payment was received.

Is anyone able to help? I have no idea where this payment is ?

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited. 

The only way to access an account you can't log into is to contact customer services.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thank you @kernowlass would this mean the money would be returned to the buyer? Or is it still pending somewhere?
