Cannot find the appeal a claim button

Hi I am trying to appeal a decision against me but I cannot find the appeals button. I have emailed, called, messaged on multiple occasions with no reply.

You can only appeal if you have new information that was not available at the time the original decision was made.

You would need to contact customer services as there is no appeal button, use the message centre instead but allow a week or so for a reply.
