Cannot escalate a dispute.

Dear Paypal, I want to escalate Case ID: PP-D-83585745 to Paypal to resolve but the website wont allow me to do this, please advise how I can do this before the case is closed out on the 29th Sep. Have tried the 'messaging' service which appears to be automated (= usleless). How can I escalate?
