Cannot entre the resolution centre

I wish to enter into discussions with a company I purchased a telescope from , on its arrival I was disappointed to find it was like a child's toy so after e-mailing them three times with no response I tried to get into the resolution centre ,after typing out my complaint I clicked submit and all that happened was the screen greyed out and the centre icon continued spinning, I've tried about ten times now with the same result ,Please Help

Call c.s. and they should open a claim for you.
