Hoping someone has a suggestion for a fix on this. I had to open a new business banking account as my previous one was fraudulently compromised. The old bank account was removed from PayPal with no issue, but now I cannot link the new bank account. I've tried using all of the linking methods, and all kick back with PayPal not being able to verify my identity. I've called customer service numerous times and they offer no resolution, only that their internal security system is not providing any verification steps, and nothing they can do. Anyone have any other suggestions?
