Cannot add bank account.

I had an ccount limitation placed on my account saying I can no longer use paypal and that my account is restricted. That paypal was going to hold my money for 180 days then allow me to release it. Well I had no bank account lined to my account and they sent me an email saying i can release it but they wont let me add any bank card or anything to it. What do I do?

Your best bet is to request that they send you a cheque?

Log in to your PayPal account, click Transfer to you bank under your balance and click Request a check by mail instead. Customers in the U.S. should receive checks within 1-2 weeks. It may take up to 6 weeks for customers outside the U.S. to receive a check.
