trying to use paypall to actually pay for something and even if i know the username and password. Site says "We cannot confirm its you" and refuses to log me in. Therefore recommends me to use Help center, where its not discussed. And if i try to contact paypal guess what, asks to log in and again "We cannot confirm its you". Where is logic in this ? Tried to change password several times. Still not able to log in.
