I purchased an item (from China, did not know that). I received an item that was not what I purchased. I entered a dispute and received a response from the seller, partial refund. I had accepted that. Today I received another email from PayPal telling me about the response and I had to accept it by a certain date. Tried again, all day I have been told they are having problems. Now what? I thought I had accepted it.
