Cannot Verify Identity

Hi,

 

I have sent PayPal 4 emails without a response and hoping I can get some help here.

 

I have a notification that says my account limitations have been reached, therefore I need to confirm my identity. After proceeding to the dashboard, I am only required to upload a proof of address, which I have done 4 times! The problem is that nothing happens after this point and it still asks me for proof every time I log in.

 

I cannot send or receive any money and this is highly effecting my income. 

 

Please shout if you can help in any way.
