Cannot Use Resolution Center

No matter what browser I use I cannot use the resolution center to dispute a charge. I get an error message - 

We're sorry, looks like something went wrong on our end.

Please try reporting the transaction again.

Anyone have any idea WHY?

Tried using the resolution 3 times and always end up on an error page   . Pain in the %$@&

@topjoey Its frustrating! I've tried using it 50+ times over the last week. Hasn't worked at all 😠
