I made a mistake and logged onto my PayPal account using a VPN with my IP address on another continent. I assume that was what got my account a limitation. Short after the limitation, I got a charge of $4.00 for a subscription, resulting in a negative balance of -$4.00. I tried to pay it right in the moment with my debit card, and it didn't work. I tried with my bank account, and it didn't work. I tried with another debit card and other bank account, and it didn't work. Whenever I use a debit card it doesn't say an error at all, it simply brings me back to the PayPal home page, without paying. The bank account shows an error, though, when I try to link it. To sum it up, I can't pay the four dollars, which will harm me pretty soon if it isn't paid. Is there any way to pay this? Why is this happening to me?
