Cannot GET /policy/compliance/IRS_1099_K/policyId/    how do i get this to work

Hey I have this problem too. This is preventing me from fixing my taxpayer status, and my account is being limited. I've tried calling paypal customer service but they are unable to help.

In general,  if you cannot access the link, I would highly recommend reaching out to our Customer Service directly. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available.
