I made a report to the Resolution Center, is there any way I can cancel that report? I've looked on Youtube and it tells me at the bottom there is a way to cancel it, but I do not see that. We have fixed the issue that I reported and I want to cancel this report. Is there any way possible?

A dispute will time out automatically at 20 days if you don't escalate to a claim.

If its already escalated then click on 'view' and you should be able to close it, if you can't then ask c.s. to do it for you.


Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
