Cancelling dispute

Hi, 

I'm sure this has been gone over a few times but i can't find an answer.

I have an open dispute...the item has finally arrived after quite some time and i'm happy with it. I want to simply close the dispute so the guy can get his money...

No one is responding to my messages in the message centre ..i've literally been waiting days....and when i follow the instructions on how to close the dispute, there's not tab or button to close it or cancel.

Any help appreciated.

If you have escalated to a claim then you need to ask customer services to cancel it for you.

If you get a refund because they don't close it in time then just pay the seller again.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I am currently experiencing the same issue. I have not gotten replied to from Facebook or Twitter, and I tried calling but it did not work either. There is also no tab to cancel the dispute please help. Otherwise I cannot get my refund
