Hi, I have an e-mail proving I cancelled the services of this company Kilo Grupé and they are still charging me CAD$85.00 without refunding me. Last time I wrote PayPal about it, they also did not refund me. Now, I cannot open another file because it has the same transaction number. What can I do?
