I recently bought an item from Depop and the seller informed me they cannot ship them so they will send me a refund. I then followed up with a case after the seller had not replied to any messages for a while, the seller then sent my refund, as the seller had sent a refund the case had then closed, a few days later while the refund was pending the refund was cancelled. The case however still says it’s closed and I am now left without my refund. And cannot open a dispute or case. How do I get my money back?
