by mistakenly i cancelled my dispute i didn't know what i was doing, and now i need to open it back to get my refund. i contact to PayPal representative they say i cant open it again anyone have any ideas?
Sadly its x1 dispute per transaction, before you close it, it reminds you that if you do so you can't re-open it or open a second dispute for the same transaction unfortunately.
However if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then maybe consider a chargeback?
