Hi, im having a really big issue here. I sent money to a friend obviously via paypal. Both mine and my partners cards are on here and the payment has accidentally come off her card. Without asking she has raised this as fraud with her bank which it isnt, just a mistake and that has now been cancelled. However it is still massively affecting my friends account and its put his account under review and taken the money back leaving him overdrawn. Does anyone know how long paypal will take to resolve this please and has anyone had similar issues and found a solution to get help?
