Canceled refund

I bought tickets to a concert through Groupon that was rescheduled and then canceled due to Covid. I received notice from both Groupon and PayPal that I was issued a refund on 3/16. On 3/17 I received an email from PayPal stating the refund was taking longer than expected and they were contacting Groupon. I just went to check on the status of my refund and it is listed as canceled. Any idea why it would be listed as canceled? Next course of action?
