So I was trying to buy a concert ticket to one of my favorite bands, I had found this lady and her payment method was PayPal. I had made an account on August 2, 2019. It was going to be $30, had no problem with that. Until when I had send off the money but it was deemed as “processing”, the lady thought I was scamming her so she didn’t want to deal with me (which was ridiculous). Now I have read that if the other person doesn’t accept the payment I can cancel and get my refund but where exactly is it? How long will it take for my money to come back? Customer Service is horrible, really a 2-3 hour wait?
