I completed a transaction and then discovered that the service is a scam. Can I cancel the payment now, even though it doesn't appear in the "pending" activity yet?
I'm sorry to hear a recent purchase looks like it may be a scam. Normally, you would need to wait until the transaction changes from "Pending" to "Completed" before you can file a dispute on it.
