Hi peeps,
I have been trying to cancel my account, as I have never really been able to use my Paypal properly (as I can not link my bank account in RSA), I have used it to receive and send money, to and from other people. But I want to cancel it now and just cant get it right. I follow the prompts and go to setting and "close my account", then it prompts:
"There's something that needs to be resolved. Please contact customer service, and we'll help you with it."
Which I to the help centre and there is nothing and I have never gotten hold cusomer care
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
