Cancel a transaction

Hi, a family member made a purchase today under my account and i only found out 15minutes.

 I have reached out to the merchant but they have a no refund/cancellation policy.

It's quite pricy and I cannot let this do due to the times we're in now.

I need help getting my money back from this merchant. The authorization is still pending both on PayPal & Credit Card company.

Please advise on what to do.

I completely understand that we are in a very tough situation right now but to be transparent, I am really sorry to inform you that there's no way for us to cancel that payment. Only the merchant can do it, if they will allow. For reference, please see How do I cancel a PayPal order or authorization? 

 

You may also want to consider contacting your card issuer and see if they can stop the payment.
