Cancel a pending payment

I have a charge on my account that is pending that I didn't authorize how do I cancel that payment?

Hi @Pateaux. Thank you for reaching out to the community. Please follow these steps. 

1) Go to Paypal.com and log in.

2) On the Activity page, locate the pending payment.Click Cancel

3) On the next page click Cancel Payment.

If the option is not showing that means we cannot cancel the transaction anymore.

Since you mentioned that you didn't authorize the transaction, you can do this instead.

1. Go to the Resolution Center.
2. Click Report a Problem.
3. Click the transaction you want to report and click Continue.
4. Select "I want to report a transaction that I didn't authorize."
5. Follow the steps to report the transaction.
