Cancel a dispute

Hi there, I’ve been trying to cancel a dispute for the last half hour and I cannot seem to do it. And I’ve been Googling it and still getting nowhere

Is it a dispute still or have you escalated to a claim?

If its a dispute then it will time out 20 days post opening if you don't escalate it.

If you escalate then you may have the option to cancel OR contact c.s. to do it for you.

DO NOT close anything if you have not had item or refund.
