Hello there. I have bought the backpacks on Heroine some one seller , and now I check is NOT AUTHENTIC , She NOT ship it to me . I just legit check from picture. So now I ask her for Refund, and she don’t do it . Before I have Paypal Resolution Center . And she told me close my case and she will ship it. I did, but she not ship it to me . Yesterday, I legit check the backpacks and is FAKE . I mailed to her for refund and she don’t do it.

If you already filed Item Not Received case and closed it, contact customer service to change reason for claim to Not As Described:
Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
