Cancel Dispute

Want to cancel a disputed transaction.  I have now identified where it has come from.

  1. log in to your account.
  2. Near the bottom of the page, under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre.
  3. Under ‘Action’, next to the dispute/claim, click View.
  4. Click Close this dispute and follow the instructions to close your complaint.

Advice is voluntary.
