Cancel Dispute

Hi,

I want to cancel a dispute urgently as the seller is being withheld the monies. Dispute was resolved.

There is no dropdown menu within the resolution centre to cancel the dispute

Please help

Hello @Tom2688TGT, 

If you aren't showing a cancel option in the Resolution Center it sounds like the claim was filed as 'Unauthorized'. When an unauthorized activity report is received PayPal must conduct a full investigation. This investigation can take up to 10 days from the date reported.
