Cancel Case : Itunes issue

Today i notified paypal that i was querying a charge from itunes.  i then realised that i could see the charges on my itunes account.  i then recognised this charge.  When i went to cancel the case in paypal, it advises it has encountered a problem and will not allow me to cancel the case.  Also, now i have received emails from paypal advising the payment agreement between itunes and paypal has now been cancelled.  This is not cool as i use itunes all the time and use paypal to pay for it.  can anyone advise how to contact paypal as the specific nature that allows you to contact them does not allow me to contact them regards this case and my wish for the payment agreement to remain in place.  thanks

You would need to set up a subscription with itunes again?
