Can’t withdraw remaining balance

Hi, firstly apologies if this has been asked before, I have tried to searching for any previous info but come up short. My account was limited a few years back, due to family matters I completely forgot about it all. While deleting old emails I can’t across one saying I could now withdraw my remaining money (past the 180 day block) I’ve tried to do this but as it was so long ago, I have different bank account/phone numbers etc. I can’t withdraw to an old account and I can’t add a new one or send funds to a friend. I’ve been on live chat and got nowhere, then spent 55mins on hold following a requested ‘call back’ and still no closer. Can anyone advise me on what route to take please? Might not be £100’s but it’s still my money at the end of the day. Thanks Craig
