Can’t withdraw my money

Hello it as been 180 days since PayPal put my money on hold and I just got the email that I can withdraw my money and I have been trying to withdraw it and it’s not working I have tried to use different bank to withdraw to but it’s still not working.

Do you have a bank account or debit card already on your paypal account and confirmed OR are you just trying to add one?
