Can't withdraw money from a limited account after 180 days

Over 250 days ago you have shut down our paypal account without providing us with a reason of closure.
You have promised that after 180 days you will release the funds so we can withdraw them to our bank account.

We kindly request to please release the funds that are lawfully ours.
The funds are our and you are no longer allowed to keep them.

We ask you open the option to withdraw to our account at Transferwise as soon as possible

Paypal ignoring all our emails, they behave like a super Mafia criminal company.

i've been dealing with this for 6 months now, never explained why due to "security," just read me lines from a document and continued to say "they understood." It's insane....i'm not quite sure how it's even legal?
