I tryed to transfer money to my bank account and the keep saying I can't use PayPal anymore and I ask for a card over a month ago and still haven't received it
You have been told over your previous posts on the same issue that if you have been BANNED from using paypal then you can't withdraw your funds and they won't be sending you a card will they.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
