Hi All,

So PayPal shut down it's services in Turkey. I have an account region locked to Turkey but can't do anything to it because it's limited somehow.

I'm trying to withdraw the amount, but I can't. I am trying to close to account but I can't because there is a $1.5 dollars in the account. 

Is there a way to get rid of this situation ?
