Can't upload picture to case

I am trying to respond to a case I have open. The seller has requested a photo; however, no matter what I try, I get an error message: 

Let's try that again

Looks like something went wrong on our end.

Therefore, I cannot respond to the case.

I am having same. problem can not upload any typ of. pivtore in to mesaage to seller in disputes. Please some help here. I am trying it for 3 days from diferent computers and. my. phone and diferent internwt connections and always same mesaage lets try that agin 😡😡😡
