I'm trying to upload documents to verify identity for a business account but the page to upload documents won't load. When I click 'Resolve', all it shows is a blank screen. Does anyone know why this is? I've tried on Safari, Chrome and Mozilla but none of them have worked, so it doesn't appear to be a browser issue? Is there a problem with the PayPal website?
