Can't upload documents (Photo IDI) for resolving paypal limitation.

Hello, My paypal account is temporarily limited

I can't upload Photo Id, looks like the system does not work

After clicking on Upload Photo Id or Confirm Identity, it took me the same page

Please check the attached screenshot below

I can't go ahead to upload required document,

Can you please assist me what should i do?
