I have money on my account that I've accepted. It's asking for a DL or SS to verify my identity/account. I'm trying to upload a picture of my DL. It is well below the file limit, and it still won't load. At all. I've tried from the mobile app for months, different web browsers too, all with no luck. It just sits there with the link underneath that says cancel upload.
