I sold some Magic cards to Card Kingdom and they sent me my payment via PayPal. This is not the first time I've done this, but this amount is significantly larger than it has been in the past. I attached my new debit card to my account and updated my billing address to the correct one, but when I try to do the transfer I get an error message saying "We can't complete the transfer right now." The Message Center automatic messenger told me I have the limitation ""PP-L-259671779861"" on my account, but when I go to the Resolution Center, there is nothing there.
