Can't transfer money / Account limitation

Hello,

 

I haven't been able to use the "transfer money" button, it does not do anything.

When I click on my bank account, it says 

 

To send, spend or transfer money from your PayPal balance, confirm your identity.

 

 

After clicking the link, it tells me:

 

We verified your identity
Your account has been restored. You're all set.
 
I try to transfer and it doesn't work again. The same thing when I click my wallet or my bank, it says confirm your identity and no matter how many times I click it and it says verified, it won't work.

This happened to me today, seems like a website glitch. I downloaded the app on my phone and there was no issue, I could transfer as normal, so I recommend trying that. Good luck!
