Hello! I'm in Malaysia. I sent money successfully to my friend in USA on 7th Nov. Yesterday I tried sending again but PayPal restricted me doing so. I was asked to submit photo id and confirm my card which I did. Just now I tried sending money again but still not allowed. Please help!
