Can't send money / needs to verify my identity

Hello,

I have to send a $2,000 USD payment. I initially sent it to the wrong email address (they hadn't told me it needed to be sent to a different email than the one I had) and was able to cancel it. When I tried to send it to the right email afterwards, it said that my identity needed to be verified and I sent a document with several bills (including my phone bill) with my name appearing. It said it would get back to me within 2-3 business days, but it's now past that.

I needed to send that payment several days ago and now I'm stuck with nothing happening. Can you please help?
