I have a couple transactions which are duplicate charges or incorrect amount charged by the seller. Upon trying to resolve this issue on a couple of my transactions it only gives me the option to report an unauthorized transaction however I just wish to report a billing problem for these transactions.. why am I unable to do so? But on several others I am able to? And on one transaction it doesn’t give me any options just says error and to contact support.... somebody please help me!!
