Hey,
I've recently verified my bank account with Paypal therefore removing all limitations attached to my account except 1 which is the receiving limitation. I've not received an alert/email from paypal requesting that my identity be verified and each time I click 'Lift Limits' it just redirects me to the page where it requests me to link my bank account but I've already done this. I still have $2499 remaining of my $2500 so perhaps this is why?
