Hello. PayPal can't resolve my problem. I sold iteam at Ebay and buyer said that she wanna refund this item. I said - okay, no problem.
But buyer didn't shipped item back to me and now i am waiting about 5 months. Buyer asked bank to refund him and now i can't receive my money back. Case dispute is still opened during 5 months and i don't know what to do. Buyer just stole my item. Can you help me what to do in that situation? Maybe i can contact somebody at PayPal with specific email. Because i am scared that money will return to buyer and paypal can't refund my money from buyer's bank account.
