I am new member, and very stupid maybe. I sold 2 item on ebay and my account paypal got limited. So all step already resolved but with one step : Provide Shipment Info they do not give me access to upload document for provide. I already contact customer services, but they told me come to Resolution Center upload file. But I got error with reason :
